Lignes screwcap

A wine with a beautiful clear colour reminiscent of a rose petal with glints of blue. Fragrances of citrus (grapefruit), white flowers and a saline finish, that’s la Provence! Aromas of berry and fresh roses mixed with a zest of lemon. The proximity of the Mediterranean Sea gives the wine an exceptional freshness. The specific soils lend the wine a unique character and saline finish. Fresh and well balanced, it presents a beautiful vivacity in the mouth and reveals seductive aromas of citrus, natural delicacy and a good lasting palate

VINTAGE : 2023

GRAPE VARIETY : Grenache / Cinsault / Rolle

VOLUME : 12%

VINIFICATION : The selection of grapes is vinified by direct pressing and adapted to each type to preserve all their characteristics. The lees are left suspended, which is similar to batonnage. This result in a wine with a particular texture.

AGEING : The wine is aged in a traditional vat and then the lees are worked to create a more complex palate.

TERROIR : A cool, Nordic type Mediterranean climate allows the grapes to ripen while maintaining a good acidity and a good minerality. The soils are clay-limestone and significant temperature variations between day and night help maintain the perfect balances in the wine.

WINE AND FOOD PAIRING : This rosé would be ideal to accompany an aperitif, a starter, shellfish platters or even a barbecue. Serve at 8°/10
