PROTECTED GEOGRAPHICAL INDICATION
A wine with a beautiful clear colour reminiscent of a rose petal with glints of blue. Fragrances of citrus (grapefruit), white flowers and a saline finish, that’s la Provence! Aromas of berry and fresh roses mixed with a zest of lemon. The proximity of the Mediterranean Sea gives the wine an exceptional freshness. The specific soils lend the wine a unique character and saline finish. Fresh and well balanced, it presents a beautiful vivacity in the mouth and reveals seductive aromas of citrus, natural delicacy and a good lasting palate

AGEING : The wine is aged in a traditional vat and then the lees are worked to create a more complex palate.
